Refund & Returns Policy

Digital Courses
Due to the proprietary nature of our content, all course purchases are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted, courses remain available to you indefinitely for completion at your own pace.

Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date and are eligible for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Returns initiated after 14 days will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges
We are pleased to offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in impeccable, original condition prior to processing any exchange.

Membership
Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings; however, cancellation does not result in a prorated refund for the current billing period. We recommend downloading any available course materials prior to cancellation to ensure continued access.
